Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced maintenance person for a year round position.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians.
- Facilitate in providing great guest experiences by promptly resolving guest concerns and having a positive attitude.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to prevent issues before they impact operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills for team leadership and collaborating with other departments.
- Proficiency in project management practices to oversee multiple maintenance projects simultaneously.
- Mechanical knowledge including plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, Ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Knowledge of safety regulations such as OSHA standards related to industrial maintenance operations.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
