Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Leasing Specialist are as follows:
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process from leasing a apartments / homes.
- Handle all advertisements of available properties.
- Generate new leads via in-person and online marketing campaigns.
- Greet clients, assess needs, provide information and apply a fitment estimate.
- Process applications, prepare lease documents and agreements, and process lease renewals.
- Receive and process reservations for apartments.
- Assess client needs, answer questions, and provide information about the apartment and location.
- Receive, process, and verify lease contracts and add or remove apartments as needed.
- Update annual reports in Real Time Analytics.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The qualifications for a Leasing Specialist are as follows: A minimum of 1 year of customer experience and/or office experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to manage, organize, and perform in a team environment.
- Strong customer service skills coupled with a positive attitude and desire to help customers get the rental properties they are looking for.
- Experience using Real Time Analytics to analyze market trends and track business performance is preferred.
- Time management skills.
- Detailed oriented

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
