Gallatin Manor NursingRehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrator - or an individual eligible to obtain a temporary administrator license - who is committed to quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
We are looking for a motivated leader who can build strong teams, support department leaders, and drive positive clinical and operational outcomes.
Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintain survey readiness
Lead and support department managers and nursing leadership
Monitor facility performance, including census and quality outcomes
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional resident care
One of the following is required:
Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license, or
Eligibility to obtain a Temporary Nursing Home Administrator license
Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Licensed LNHA
Starting salary of $95,000
Annual performance bonus of up to $10,000 based on survey outcomes and key performance metrics
Opportunity for salary growth based on facility census
Temporary License Eligible
Starting salary of $75,000
Annual performance bonus of up to $10,000 based on survey outcomes and key performance metrics
