- Emerging Leadership: 1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience (beyond a supervisory role, but not yet at an AGM level).
- Dual Expertise: Proven experience working in both front-of-house (FOH) and heart-of-house (HOH) roles. You understand what it takes to run a successful shift from every angle!
- Passion for People: A genuine love for hospitality and a natural ability to connect with both guests and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
