Barron Industries is seeking to hire a talented CNC Programmer for their 2nd shift team in Oxford, Michigan!
If you have 3 years of CNC Machining experience, 2 years of Mastercam and/or Tebis programming, and the ability to perform set-ups independently, you're exactly who we're looking for!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam and/or Tebis.
- Set up CNC machines for production, including work offsets and tool length offsets.
- Edit and optimize CNC programs to improve quality and efficiency.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Verify first-piece quality and make program or setup adjustments as needed.
- Produce precision machined components that meet customer specifications.
- Perform routine inspections using precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot Machining and programming issues.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production schedules.
