Job Overview
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Safety Professionals. We have positions for, Field Safety Supervisors and Field Safety Technicians to lead safety initiatives across construction sites and operational areas. In these vital roles, you will champion a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while fostering a secure environment for all personnel. Your expertise will drive risk mitigation strategies, oversee safety protocols, and support the implementation of occupational health programs to promote well-being on every project site.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple construction sites to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.
- Lead safety training sessions for workers, supervisors, and management teams to ensure understanding of safety procedures, OSHA compliance, and hazard mitigation strategies.
- Manage incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend measures to prevent future occurrences related to workers' compensation claims or occupational health issues.
- Oversee compliance management efforts by ensuring adherence to NEC (National Electrical Code), OSHA regulations, and other relevant standards within construction projects.
- Utilize construction management software to track safety metrics, document inspections, incident reports, and training records efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction management teams to integrate safety into daily operations, fostering a culture of proactive risk management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site safety management or supervision with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance management.
- Knowledge of risk management principles related to occupational health, workers' compensation procedures, and hazard control measures.
- Familiarity with NEC standards applicable to electrical work on construction sites.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high safety standards.
- Strong communication skills for conducting training sessions, safety briefings, and incident investigations.
- Proficiency in construction management software and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) systems for recordkeeping and reporting purposes.

- Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred but not required.
Certifications
- Safety Technician - OSHA 30, OSHA 510, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR, Minimum 5 years field experience
- Safety Supervisor - OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500, NFPA 70E, STS-C, First Aid/CPR, Minimum 8 years field experience
Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
