Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews in all construction Framing and Finish Carpentry work.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans.
- Oversee the use of hand tools and power tools for framing, carpentry, plastering, and woodworking tasks.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
- Manage project timelines by planning daily activities, assigning tasks effectively, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
- Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to verify accuracy during construction phases.
- Collaborate with project managers to troubleshoot issues related to schematics or technical drawings promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections throughout each project phase.
Experience
- At least 10 years of proven experience in both finish carptentry and structural framing including new construction, commercial projects, custom residential homes, and remodeling projects.
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tape measures for accurate construction work.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining safety standards on active job sites.
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols along with experience working on diverse sites including residential or commercial projects.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to support effective communication with field employees, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for dimensional measurements and material estimations.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interpret technical instructions clearly.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
