Come work with a great team at InnSeason Resorts Harborwalk in Falmouth, MA! We are looking for 1 full-time Maintenance Technician to join our resort that is open from February to November annually. This position qualifies for full-time employee benefits, PTO and vacation.
The Maintenance Technician supports the Engineering department by maintaining facility, grounds, and all mechanical equipment, systems and spaces throughout the facility.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician will follow established policies and procedures at the property and perform the following functions:
- Performs basic building maintenance
- Pool maintenance
- Preventative maintenance
- Landscaping and snow removal
- Basic appliance repair, troubleshooting
- Other maintenance related tasks as assigned
Applicants with a valid driver's license preferred, but it is not required.
