Position Summary
Millennium Metals is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy and inventory control processes across a growing multi-location operation.
This position combines substantial inventory transaction processing and data entry responsibilities with analytical problem-solving and process improvement opportunities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records while helping identify and resolve inventory discrepancies across multiple warehouse and processing locations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately process a high volume of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and inventory-related documentation.
- Maintain inventory records across multiple warehouse and processing locations.
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory verification activities.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist in identifying root causes.
- Reconcile inventory records and support month and year-end inventory activities.
- Review inventory reports and data for accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel, operations, accounting, and management to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Support inventory system improvements and operational initiatives.
- Assist with administrative, reporting, and special project work as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support cross-functional business needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, purchasing, manufacturing, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Experience performing cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, or inventory analysis.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
