Duties
- Set up, calibrate, and operate embroidery machines to produce intricate designs on various garments and accessories
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications
- Maintain and troubleshoot embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Follow detailed work orders and design files to execute embroidery projects efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
- Assist in inventory management of embroidery supplies such as threads, stabilizers, and backing materials
Experience
- Prior experience operating sewing machines or embroidery equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred
- Knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to apparel or textile production
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to handle materials efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision and quality control
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
