Job description:
BEPC is taking applications for Powder Coat Line Loader, Line Unloader, and Packaging positions. This is a 1st Shift position typically M-F 7am-3:30pm WITH DAILY OVERTIME IF NECESSARY, DEPENDING ON WORKLOAD (usually not much later than 5:30pm). There will be occasional Saturdays needed if we are really busy. We are a job shop, so parts and workload can vary, but we always strive for 40 hour work weeks.
Must be motivated, able to work in a team environment, work efficiently, and come to work consistently and on time. Everyone's job is important to the function of our operation. This can be a fast-paced job, when we are busy. Parts range from small to large, so some heavy lifting is involved. Cleaning of work areas and other organizational improvement tasks will be required.
