We are seeking an energetic, driven, and relationship-focused Light Industrial & Skilled Labor Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across a variety of industrial and skilled trades environments.

Position Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, work history, certifications, and overall fit for client requirements.
- Recruit for positions including:
- Warehouse Associates
- Machine Operators
- Forklift Operators
- Production Workers
- Maintenance Technicians
- Welders
- CNC Machinists
- Industrial Maintenance Technicians
- CDL Drivers
- Skilled Construction Labor
- Manufacturing and Distribution personnel
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future openings.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding, background checks, drug screens, and employment documentation.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and staffing clients.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build relationships with local trade schools, workforce development organizations, and industry groups.
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Meet recruiting activity metrics, including candidate calls, interviews, placements, and retention goals.
- Support client staffing needs with urgency and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or skilled trades positions is highly preferred.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability.
Preferred Experience
- Staffing agency recruiting experience.
- Recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, skilled trades, construction, or transportation roles.
- Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of employment screening and onboarding processes.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
