Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum one year of customer service or student services experience ( as a student or professional capacity).
- Ability to work respectfully and effectively in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings.
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Aid experience
- Experience in student services, interpreting and applying policies and regulations.
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Familiarity with Veterans educational benefits
