Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

Own the multi‑year product strategy for TM pricing and profitability frameworks.

Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform product direction and pricing strategy.

Drive innovation in pricing/forecasting capabilities, and automated optimization features.
Pricing & Profitability Management
-
Oversee pricing strategy for TM products, ensuring alignment with enterprise profitability goals. Work with internal partners to provide competitive pricing for all TM services and customers.

Lead governance for pricing models, discounting frameworks, and exception management process.
-
Partner with Finance and internal lines of business to manage deposit ECR strategy/rates and participate in driving balance growth/stability.

Develop analytics and dashboards to track product profitability, client behavior, and pricing effectiveness.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management

Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for technology and operations partners.

Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards.

Maintain strong operational controls and support continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Client Experience & Market Positioning

Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Specialist teams to understand client needs and translate them into product enhancements.

Develop value propositions, competitive positioning, pricing sensitivities, and go‑to‑market strategies for TM solutions.

Support strategic client engagements, including pricing negotiations, RFP responses, and complex deal structuring.
Cross‑Functional Leadership

Partner with Technology, Operations, Corporate Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions.

Serve as the primary business owner for TM pricing/profitability engines and account analysis systems.

Work with internal parties including Sales, Finance, and Accounting to deliver pricing tools for TM services.
Performance Management & Analytics
-
Track product performance, client adoption, operational metrics, and financial outcomes.
-
Use data to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved client experience.
-
Prepare executive‑level reporting and business cases for investment decisions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
While the Treasury Management Product Manager does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, this role requires strong partnership and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will:

Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT, to drive product initiatives and align strategies.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of product plans.
-
Influence and inspire internal teams by sharing insights and advocating for product vision and goals.
-
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services commercial deposit products / services

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field. Master’s/MBA a plus.

Proven experience in Treasury Management, commercial deposit products and services, pricing strategy, or financial services product management
-
Deep understanding of liquidity management, deposit economics, ECR, and Account Analysis
-
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
-
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
-
Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
-
Ability to work autonomously with a balanced team approach, you don't need to wait for directions, but know when buy-in is critical
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple products and projects simultaneously, passionate about building meaningful, intuitive products
-
The ability to write clear, concise internal product specifications, external communications and training materials
-
Must be analytically oriented and be able to break down complex processes and explain it in simple terms to stakeholders
-
This candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills
-
The candidate must possess excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office products to review/read/send email, create memos/letters, spreadsheets, client presentations, flow charts, etc.

Must be a self-starter and be able to motivate her/his peers and influence partners in other areas to achieve common goals
COMPUTER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT SKILLS
-
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for creating reports, presentations, and communications.

Experience with tools such as Confluence and JIRA for tracking project progress and Lucid (or Visio like solution) for creating process flows or diagrams
-
Proficiency in software like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Oracle, or similar for analyzing data trends and generating insights.

Familiarity with treasury management systems and Account Analysis is preferred.

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar certification is a plus
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Ex: CPA, Series 6 or 7 license, etc)
