What You'll Do:
Assemble, solder, calibrate, and test complex electronic components.
Monitor and track production metrics to ensure quality standards are met.
Provide constructive feedback to improve manufacturing processes.
Ensure all products comply with customer specifications and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of experience working with soldering irons, cable soldering experience a plus!
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work closely with engineering teams and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Positive, proactive attitude with a go-getter mentality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
