Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments to evaluate patient conditions accurately.
- Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with DEA regulations and state laws.
- Manage acute and chronic illnesses by developing tailored treatment plans and providing ongoing patient education.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Cerner for documentation, order entry, and medical records management.
- Perform diagnostic procedures including venipuncture, suturing, tube feeding management, and basic sonography when necessary.
- Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care and deliver timely medical advice remotely.
Qualifications
- Valid Family Nurse Practitioner certification with current state licensure.
- Demonstrated experience working in primary care settings with diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as MEDENT & Epic for accurate medical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, pharmacology, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Experience with medication administration, joint injections, cryosurgery
- Familiarity with specialty areas such as geriatrics, basic pediatric, sports medicine, and behavioral health
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively on health management strategies.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
