In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
- Project and Program leadership experience in planning, organizing, and coordinating project teams (to facilitate decisions on regulatory issues).
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, work well in a team environment and establish and maintain cooperative and positive working relationships with others.
- Experience conducting data and policy analysis, including the demonstrated ability to develop conclusions and recommendations and to draft memorandum containing analysis of the relevant laws, polices and facts as well as leading such activities by others.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, including preparing oral and written reports to a variety of audiences and making recommendations based on analytical findings.
