Job Title: Senior Director of Finance
Reports To: Executive Director
Direct Reports: 6 (Accounting Manager, Patient Accounts Specialist, Medical Billing Specialist, 2 Medical Billing Assistants, Payroll Coordinator)
Total Department Size: 12
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00
Pay Range: $90,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience
Minimum Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field
This role will manage a complex, multi‑fund budget with fluctuating grant requirements. Top candidates will ensure compliance with federal, state, and county regulations, oversee resource allocation, and provide clear financial guidance to program directors as public health priorities shift. The role has significant strategic impact and serves as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director and division leadership.
