Job Summary:
Foothill Acres Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a beautiful modern facility located on a 15-acre estate in scenic Hillsborough NJ is seeking full-time CNA's for 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts and part-time / per diem for 7am - 3pm shifts. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support in a clinic setting. This role requires a strong understanding of patient service and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. The Nursing Assistant will work closely with our medical staff to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care to our patients.

Duties:
Main Function:
-Performs physical care for residents, promotes mental & psychosocial well-being, preserves dignity, protects residents' rights and provides a safe environment. Assist in providing a diversity of therapeutic and recreational programs to assist each resident reach their highest practicable level.
-Works under the supervision of licensed personnel.
-Provides quality care for the residents according to the standards of the New Jersey Nurse Aide Certification course and the policies and procedures of FANH.
-Performs and/or assists residents with Activities of Daily living, (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, ambulation).
-Assists in formulating and implementing the goals of Patient Care Plan.
Requirement:
- Passed the New Jersey state exam for certification as a Nursing Assistant.
