If this sounds like you, then keep reading because OTF is looking for a Head Coach to lead our coach inspired, science backed and technology tracked workouts. We are looking for someone who can make our members feel welcome, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. A coach whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout. The Head Coach position includes office hours and team management. Applicants must have flexible availability.

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:
- Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
- Helping members set and achieve goals
- Confirm members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
- Understanding the science behind our workouts, specifically heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
- Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
- Being a team player
Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:
- Current AED/CPR certification
- Hold and maintain an NCCA-approved primary certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, AFAA, NSCA, ISSA)
- Individuals with an advanced degree (e.g Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, PH.D, DPT) in a field such as Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Science, Movement Science, Exercise Physiology or Athletic Training are eligible for hire, and will have a 9-month grace period to obtain one of the above certifications.
