Schedule:
- Night shifts: 3 x 12 hours, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse range of emergency patients, including trauma, pediatric, psychiatric, and critical care.
- Coordinate care for patients with complex needs, ensuring safety, quality, and an excellent patient experience.
- Apply critical care skills such as medication titration, arterial lines, mass blood transfusion, and management of chest tubes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Adapt to the fast-paced environment of the ED while upholding top standards of clinical practice.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license to practice in the state/district (required)
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program (required)
- Minimum 3 years of recent ER experience (required)
- CPI (NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training), NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, BLS & ACLS certifications (all required)
- BSN (highly desired)
- Must reside at least 100 miles from Aiken, SC
