Licensed Esthetician
We are an established Aesthetic Practice looking for someone who can be a team player. The Licensed Esthetician is responsible for providing exceptional skincare treatments, educating patients on skincare solutions, and delivering an outstanding luxury patient experience. This role combines clinical skincare knowledge, retail sales, patient education, and teamwork to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals while contributing to the overall success and growth of the practice.
Essential ResponsibilitiesPatient Care
- Perform professional skincare consultations and skin analysis.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's concerns and goals.
- Perform aesthetic treatments including, but not limited to:
- Medical-grade facials
- Chemical peels
- Dermaplaning
- Hydrafacial
- Microneedling
- LED therapy
- Acne treatments
- Customized skincare protocols
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation within the EMR.
- Obtain informed consent and medical history prior to treatments.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout every visit.
Patient Education
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare routines, and expected outcomes.
- Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products.
- Explain pre- and post-treatment instructions clearly.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and encourage treatment plan compliance.
Retail & Sales
- Confidently recommend skincare products based on patient needs.
- Meet established retail and service goals.
- Promote monthly specials, memberships, packages, and new services.
- Build long-term patient relationships that encourage retention and referrals.
Clinic Operations
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms according to OSHA standards.
- Maintain treatment supplies and notify management of inventory needs.
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and functioning properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Team Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician injectors, medical assistants and support staff.
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education.
- Cross-promote services offered throughout the practice.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude that supports the entire team.
Customer Service Expectations
- Deliver a five-star patient experience during every interaction.
- Respond professionally to patient questions and concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Represent the practice with professionalism both in person and online.
Qualifications
- Current Florida License in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of aesthetic experience preferred.
- Experience in a medical spa or dermatology/plastic surgery office preferred.
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products.
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- Sales and retail experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records (Aesthetic Record experience is a plus).

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
