Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining swimming pool systems to ensure optimal operation and safety. Your expertise will help clients enjoy clean, safe, and well-functioning pools throughout the year. Duties
- Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, lights, chillers, automation systems, salt systems and chlorination systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Perform repairs using hand tools and power tools, including replacing parts, repairing leaks, and troubleshooting electrical components
- Conduct routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning filters, balancing water chemistry, and inspecting pools.
- Install new pool equipment or upgrade existing systems to improve efficiency and safety standards
- Maintain detailed service records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for each client site
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes and offering maintenance advice to clients
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a swimming pool repair techncian
- MUST have an active RAIL license. ZERO exceptions. Do not apply if you do not have a RAIL license.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of pool equipment and plumbing systems
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair, installation, and troubleshooting using various hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and routine maintenance procedures
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams related to pool systems
- Prior experience working with service contracts or client-facing roles is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
You MUST provide two swimming pool references of professionals who worked above you. This can be owner or manager.
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
