Responsibilities

Train, coach, and develop sales reps
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in accordance with business needs
- Build and maintain strong clientele relationships
- Host Wedding/Events Cake Tastings & Consultations
- Oversee Wedding/Events orders through production
Qualifications

Experience working in a sales position
- Ability to manage and lead a team to success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
