Adjunct Faculty in Agriculture/Biology/Chemistry/Computer Science/Physics
College of the Ozarks invites applicants for part-time faculty member positions in the
sciences.
College of the Ozarks is committed to hiring faculty members who embrace the

their academic discipline and Christian faith. Faculty are expected to be self-motivated
and versatile with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with
other faculty and staff.
Primary responsibilities for this position are developing and teaching undergraduate
science courses based on the candidate’s credentials and expertise. Preference will be
given to candidates with credentials in agriculture, biology, chemistry, computer science,
or physics.
Candidates should hold an M.S. in agriculture, chemistry, biology, computer science or
the basic sciences. A Ph.D. is preferred, as is undergraduate teaching experience.
College of the Ozarks is a small (1,450 students), liberal arts focused, work-study
