On behalf of our IT client, Procom is searching for a Junior Recruiter for a temporary role. This position is onsite at our client’s Houston, Texas office.
Junior Recruiter - Job Description:
The Junior Recruiter will support the recruitment team by identifying and attracting top IT talent for various technical roles. The role involves managing candidate data using both manual spreadsheets and ATS systems, ensuring a seamless integration of recruitment processes.
Junior Recruiter - Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for IT roles
- Utilize manual spreadsheets and ATS systems to track and manage candidate information
- Assist in the integration of ATS systems within the recruitment process
- Clean up and maintain candidate spreadsheets using advanced Excel skills
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure effective communication and teamwork
Junior Recruiter - Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, excluding internships
- Understanding of tech roles and systems
- Experience with manual spreadsheets and ATS systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Junior Recruiter – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in ATS system integration
- Familiarity with the Houston IT job market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Adaptability to changing recruitment needs
Junior Recruiter – Assignment Length:
6 months to start with possible extensions.
