PAY
Guaranteed Total Earnings: $20-$22/hour DOE
Base Pay: $16.90/hour

- Tip makeup guarantees your total hourly earnings of $20-$22/hour
If tips don't bring you to your guaranteed hourly rate, Mini Kabob makes up the difference

Starting pay is based on experience and performance

High-performing team members may have opportunities for pay increases beyond this range based on performance, tenure, and overall contribution

SCHEDULE
- Full-Time

- Thursday–Sunday: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Monday–Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare vegetables, sauces, proteins, and other daily prep items

Set up stations before service

Wash dishes and keep cleaning cycles moving throughout the shift

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen

Support the line and team wherever needed

Follow recipes and food safety standards consistently

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous restaurant prep cook experience required
Experience with knife skills, food preparation, and kitchen organization

Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
