***RN must reside in SCHENECTADY county and will be driving to patient homes within the county. The RN must have experience conducting UAS assessments for an MLTC plan.
Disclaimer: This opportunity is only for Nurse Assessors who have either worked or are currently working in a Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) health plan doing UAS Reassessments. If you only have UAS experience working at Maximus or an Adult Day Center, then this Assessor position is NOT for you.
Seeking RN's who will perform IN-PERSON UAS-NY Reassessments for VNS Health MLTC. You must have a valid NYS Driver's License for this position.
Reassessments are reimbursed at $140 per assessment.
Immediate consideration will be given to those RNs who can complete at least one daily reassessment. Evening and weekend assessments are available as long as your patients agree to those times (the RN will schedule their in-person visits, no scheduler is provided).
Qualifications:
- Experience in completing Reassessments at an MLTC health plan.
- Must have experience with at least one of these UAS analyzers: Lenavi or the QCSS (QAS).
- Bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese, Spanish, and Russian, speaking assessors will be prioritized.
- RN must have access to a WINDOWS computer to complete these assessments (operating systems such as Mac, iPad, Chromebooks, Netbooks, are not supported)
Pay: $140.00 per hour
