Position: Winery & Distillery - Tasting Lounge Manager
Hours: Full-time position, overtime as needed (40-50 hours/week typical). Flexible scheduling. Weekend and evening availability necessary.
Salary: Based on experience. Base wage + tips + commission based on performance. Benefits include employee discount, paid time off, use of company vehicle, and wine/spirit stipend.
Job Type: Full-time (Weekends Required) Tuesday/Wednesday - Sunday schedule
Primary Duties:
- Accurately pour samples of Infinity’s wines and spirits as well as wine by the glass and specialty cocktails while maintaining and enforce bartending standards
- Responsible for managing inventory: ordering, stocking and maintaining par levels for bar supplies/dry goods/fruits/mixers/etc
- Lead on bartending, tours and on-site events/reservations
- Eagerly learn and educate customers on Infinity’s distinctive product line and share company vision
- Effectively promote and sell Infinity’s wines and spirits by meeting or exceeding goals
- Advocating promotions and Club Memberships to visitors of the Tasting Lounge
- Overall lead and manage Tasting Lounge operations
Secondary Duties:
- Coordinate and produce marketing content
- Seek out community collaborations and coordinate involvement
Essential Skills, Traits, etc:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Sales/marketing and service/event experience with proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Self-motivated, independent with ability to multitask
- Eagerness to continually expand knowledge level of Infinity’s product line and production techniques
- Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Suite)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Bartenders license or willingness to obtain
