In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing gardens, and landscape features to create beautiful, healthy, sustainable environments. Your passion for horticulture and landscaping will help transform outdoor areas into vibrant, inviting spaces that inspire and delight. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in gardening, farming, and landscape maintenance while working outdoors in a lively, supportive environment. Responsibilities
- Maintain garden beds by planting, pruning, weeding, mulching, and deadheading to promote vigorous growth.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for trimming shrubs, planting trees, installing edging, and other landscape tasks.
- Manage irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or blockages and adjusting watering schedules to optimize water use.
- Assist with greenhouse activities such as transplanting seedlings, monitoring plant health, and managing growing environments.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities including soil preparation, planting new greenery, and installing landscape features.
- Support farming or horticultural projects by cultivating crops or plants according to seasonal needs and best practices.
Skills
- Some knowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting common issues.

- Hands-on experience with landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and soil preparation.

- "Not necessarily any" Knowledge of farming or agriculture practices that support sustainable land management. I can teach you if your willing to learn the right way
