Job Overview
homeRN is a private-pay concierge caregiving service that provides personalized in-home care. Our clients are thoughtfully paired with a team of dedicated caregivers based on personality and skill compatibility. Our caregiving team is trained one-on-one in each client's home and is overseen by our registered nurses.
homeRN Buckhead Vinings is hiring experienced caregivers to join our team! Provide one on one care to your assigned client in the comfort of their home.
Ideal Candidate:
- CNA or PCA REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent communicator
- Weekend shift availability
- Heart for service and ability to connect with others
- At least one year of direct patient care experience
- Able to work 2 weekend days per month
- Experience with hoyer lifts, dementia care, and comfort care
Duties
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Provide Medication Reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs as required.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Document care provided and report any significant changes in client condition to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with daily living activities while respecting their dignity and independence.
