Responsibilities
- Mow lawns using various power tools and hand tools to achieve a clean, professional appearance.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, edging, pruning, and weed control to keep outdoor areas pristine.
- Operate equipment including excavators, snow plows, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with planting, gardening, and horticultural activities to promote healthy plant growth.
- Maintain irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper watering schedules for different landscapes.
- Conduct tree care activities like trimming and pruning to support tree health and safety.
- Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, installing features, and performing general construction tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools.
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and mowers safely.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape design is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor regularly.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, and snow plowing operations is advantageous.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail; willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks. Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
