What We're Looking For:
- A passion for genuine hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Previous upscale or fine dining bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of wine, bourbon, whiskey, classic cocktails, and spirits, or a desire to continually expand your expertise
- Ability to confidently guide guests through wine and spirit selections with thoughtful recommendations
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first attitude with a commitment to supporting the entire front-of-house team
- Pride in consistency, attention to detail, and delivering every drink with precision and care
