As a Dining Server, you'll help create an enjoyable dining experience for our residents by:
Providing friendly, restaurant-style table service
Delivering meals with warmth, professionalism, and a hospitality-first attitude
Assisting residents with special dining requests and accommodations
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room
Working closely with the culinary team to provide outstanding service
Building meaningful relationships with residents and fellow team members
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings
