Jennifer James Landscape Management is a family owned small business located in West Bend, WI, servicing both commercial and residential landscape clients in southeastern Wisconsin. Our business is growing and looking to add new members to our team.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detailed orientated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and in excellent condition after each visit.
This job is a seasonal position (March-November) during the landscaping season. Candidate should be available to work Monday-Friday and weekends if necessary. Pay is negotiable with experience.
Duties:
- Perform various landscaping tasks including lawn care, landscape bed maintenance and landscape project installation.
- Utilize power tools and equipment for landscaping projects safely and efficiently.
- Ability to lift and handle 50 to 80 pounds.
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions for extended periods of time.
Skills:
- No prior experience required, willing to properly train the right individual making this an excellent opportunity for beginners with a passion to learn about landscaping.
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
- Ability to be punctual and have reliable transportation.
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to keep high standards of quality workmanship.
