Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in schools, particularly with high school students, is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy to a small group of high school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support each student’s goals
- Maintain accurate records and document progress
- Engage students in dynamic, motivating therapy sessions
