Overview
Boulevard Home is looking for someone with a high commitment to customer satisfaction to join our team as a Service & Repair technician coordinator located at our Distribution Center in Hurricane. Having strong phone, computer, communication and interpersonal skills will benefit you in this position as you will be working with our technicians and other team members on a daily basis.
Skills Needed:
- Experience in customer service, help desk or billing is preferred, as well as being organized and having follow through are also necessary for this position.
- You must have good phone and communication skills as you will be the primary point of contact for our Appliance and Furniture technicians. These skills will also be necessary when working daily with other Team Members to schedule dishwasher and professional installations and working with vendors to seek reimbursements when new freight is damaged.
- You will need to be very detail oriented as you manage the technicians schedules to ensure we are efficient and meeting our customers needs. As you bill and record warranty and customer billings it will be of utmost importance to be detailed to ensure accuracy.
- Being able to identify and resolve problems while maintaining organization and ensuring daily tasks are completed will be important.
- You will need to have strong decision making abilities as well as a pleasant patient friendly attitude as you work with fellow Team Members and vendors to ensure processes and paperwork is completed accurately and timely ensuring the customer and company inventory is handled properly.
- You will need the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and be able to work in a flexible manner that allows for changes in assignments, and helping in other departments as needed.
- You will need to have strong computer, typing and 10-key skills as you will be working in our computer system NetSuite completing various tasks from managing technician schedules to reviewing accounts to billing warranty claims and customers, etc. Other programs you will need to become familiar with is Paylocity, Discord, Gmail, Google Drive, sheets and docs and general knowledge of windows to help you be successful in your position. Starting wage is $19.50/hour
