Job Summary
Beefaroo is seeking a dependable Shift Manager to lead daily operations, support the team, and ensure excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, coaching others, maintaining high standards and being a people person. We are seeking dependable managers who have the availability and commitment to work late-night shifts, with the ability to stay and lead operations through closing hours up to 1:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver great customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain food safety, labeling, and quality standards
- Train and coach team members on stations and procedures
- Assist with inventory, order corrections, and basic admin tasks
- Monitor labor, attendance, and breaks; adjust staffing as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized restaurant environment
- Oversee drive-thru speed and order accuracy
- Complete opening/closing procedures and store checks, including late-night closings up to 1:00 AM
- Uphold company policies and model professional behavior
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, calm under pressure, and committed to high standards
- Must have availability to work late-night shifts and remain on-site through closing (up to 1:00 AM), including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
