The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a Behavior Coach (BCBA) to support Baltimore-area public schools. This role focuses on strengthening Tier I & Tier II classroom systems, coaching educators, and building proactive, engagement-driven learning environments.
What You'll Do

Conduct classroom observations using the ABLE™ assessment

Provide data-driven coaching to educators

Model proactive classroom management strategies

Support trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices

Use the Insight™ platform to track progress and guide coaching

Partner with school leaders to strengthen behavioral systems

Participate in PD days and school-based problem-solving when appropriate

Contribute to training, systems development, and data projects (remote during holidays/summer)
What We're Looking For

Required: Active BCBA + Maryland LBA

Experience in school-based behavior systems or instructional coaching

Strong data fluency and ability to influence adult practice

Mission-driven mindset with commitment to equity and trauma-informed care

Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Schedule & Work Model

Full-time, salaried position

8-hour days aligned to the school calendar

On-site during the school year

Remote during holidays/summer for special projects
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $95,000-$110,000 (Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, credentials, and demonstrated expertise in professional development delivery, educator coaching, and systems-level implementation)
