At TC Millwork, every program you write helps deliver beautifully engineered work. We’re looking for a CAM expert who thrives on accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Program 3‑axis CNC equipment with Alphacam to manufacture wood parts and assemblies.
- Translate engineering specs and drawings into efficient milling/router toolpaths.
- Use CAD to create/modify models and prepare clean geometry.
- Apply GD&T principles during programming and inspection.
- Troubleshoot machining or program performance with engineering teams.
- Produce and maintain setup sheets, tool lists, and inspection documentation.
- Uphold safety standards and a clean workspace.
- Experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAM and familiarity with CAD platforms.
- Strong math skills for precise offsets, tolerances, and calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics.
- GD&T knowledge (preferred).
- Detail orientation with a quality‑first mindset.
- Analytical problem solver; effective both solo and on a team.
