Turn Your Musical Passion Into Someone's Next Chapter
Think back to the person, moment, or song that made music click for you. Now imagine being that for someone else. We're looking for music instructors who love teaching as much as they love playing, and who know how to meet a student exactly where they are.
Why This Job Is Different
This isn't freelance work. It's a W2 position, which means real stability: you get paid for every lesson on your schedule, including trials and no-shows. We're also rolling out a benefits package with health and dental coverage.
Experience Matters More Than a Diploma
No degree required. What we care about is whether you can actually play and actually teach. If you're a performer, a working musician, or someone who's spent years gigging and growing as an artist, that experience counts for more than a certificate on a wall.
What the Job Looks Like
You'll work with students across every age and stage, from a total beginner holding an instrument for the first time to an advanced student chasing the next level. Your role is simple to describe and rewarding to do: build skill, confidence, and a real love of music, one student at a time.
Instruments We're Hiring For
Piano, Voice, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Ukulele, and Theater. If you teach more than one, even better. Multi-instrumentalists get a strong second look.
You Teach. We Handle the Rest.
Marketing, billing, scheduling, admin. That's on us. You show up ready to teach, and we make sure everything around the lesson runs smoothly. You'll also be part of a community known for strong instruction, group programs students look forward to, and performance opportunities that make the work feel meaningful.
Room to Grow
If you bring energy, creativity, and genuine care for your students, there's a real path forward here. Not just as an instructor, but as part of a team invested in music education for the long haul.
