Job Overview:
Production Associates will safely and efficiently operate a variety of production equipment including flame laminators, trimmer machines, rolling tables, saws, and packing equipment. The production associates will be responsible for assembling and packaging parts as needed. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, very detail oriented and have a desire to exceed daily goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble items as to meet scheduled deadlines
- Lift materials up to 50 lbs.
- Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators
- Complete tasks safely and efficiently with the highest level of quality in mind
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task
- Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Follow all safety rules and quality standards
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation with coworkers, customers, collaborators, vendors and management
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Handle any additional tasks as may be assigned by the floor supervisor and/or shift leader'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
