The ideal candidate will have consumer and commercial lending experience including short and long-term loan structures, mortgages, and security agreements. Must have knowledge of compliance regulations. This position reviews borrower legal documents, prepares consumer and commercial loan packages, assists with closing, post-closing, and internal data management. The position has daily contact with internal customers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3 years of experience in loan processing required or equivalent combination of
education and experience to perform the essential functions of the job
· Consumer compliance (TRID, etc.) experience
· MS Office skills required.
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong organization and communication skills
· Team player, flexibility, and detail oriented
· High degree of accuracy within short time constraints
· H.S. Diploma required.
