Job Summary
Experienced Hand Toss Pizza Maker wanted to join our culinary team! Grill experience a plus! In this role, you will coordinate with the grill/sandwich or pasta station to manage complex orders in a timely manner. Your main responsibility will be to expertly toss and shape pizza dough by hand, ensuring each pie meets our high standards for quality and presentation.
Prep work and making dough also required. Duties
- Skillfully toss and stretch pizza dough by hand to achieve the desired thickness and consistency.
- Prepare fresh ingredients and toppings for pizza assembly, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Follow established recipes and menu specifications to create consistent, delicious pizzas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling pizzas.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, dough mixers, and prep tools.
- Support team members during busy periods by preparing ingredients and maintaining a steady workflow.
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to health regulations to guarantee safe dining experiences.
Qualifications:
***PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN MAKING HAND TOSSED THIN CRUST PIZZA REQUIRED.***
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong knife skills for ingredient prep and food handling tasks.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration.

Wages based on experience. Min 20+ hrs a week.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
