Role Overview
The IT Facilities Infrastructure Project Manager will lead corporate IT facilities, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle. The portfolio may include structured cabling; WAN, LAN, and WLAN; distributed antenna systems (DAS); audiovisual and collaboration solutions; clinical laboratories; voice services; physical security; network hardware refreshes; firewall upgrades; and operating system patching.
The role requires strong collaboration, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, scheduling, resource management, vendor management, and PMO organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
The Project Manager will collaborate with subject-matter experts and IT architects to analyze project requirements, gather specifications from cross-functional teams, and develop robust IT infrastructure architecture and design frameworks.
This is a high-energy, multicultural work environment that requires a self-starter who can operate with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate will communicate fluently in English and Spanish and demonstrate strong proficiency with project management tools such as Anaplan and Smartsheet, Microsoft 365 applications, and collaboration platforms such as Zoom.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT facilities and infrastructure projects in alignment with ISI standards, processes, and governance.
- Develop and manage project schedules, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources across global organizations.
- Oversee infrastructure initiatives, including structured cabling, network upgrades, wireless deployments, compute and storage modernization, and operating system patching.
- Coordinate with Facilities, Manufacturing, laboratory, collaboration-room, Security, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage vendors throughout RFPs, SOW reviews, BOM and ROM validation, and on-site coordination.
- Ensure ROMs, BOMs, design packages, and technical assessments are internally reviewed and approved by IT stakeholders before presentation to the business.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, project status reporting, and executive updates for high-visibility initiatives.
- Lead recurring project-team meetings, coordinate team activities, track action items, record minutes, and communicate decisions and next steps.
- Plan and manage large IT initiatives while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Provide actionable project insights using CAD Viewer, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Excel, Microsoft Project, Tableau, Anaplan, PowerPoint, and Lucidchart.
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to project delivery processes, standards, and best practices.
Skills and Experience
- At least 10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and facilities projects in an on-site environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing low-voltage cabling, audiovisual implementations, MDF/IDF design and implementation, network infrastructure setup, and cellular DAS deployments.
- Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, WLAN, structured cabling, audiovisual and collaboration systems, and physical security infrastructure.
- Experience leading server operating system upgrades, patching cycles, hardware refresh programs, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, high-visibility projects across multiple locations.
Education and Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
