Sales Manager – Dynatest
Location: Gainesville, Florida (USA)
Are you a highly driven B2B sales professional with a strong hunter mentality? Do you thrive on proactively identifying new opportunities, opening doors, and winning new customers—while also building long-term relationships with the clients you secure?
At Dynatest, you will take on a key commercial role focused maily on growing our business in the United States, with a strong emphasis on the private sector. You will be responsible for driving outbound sales, building your own pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
You will report directly to the CEO based in Dynatest HQ in Denmark and have a high degree of freedom and responsibility in shaping and executing important parts of the US sales strategy in a global niche market.
Purpose of the Role
This role is centered around proactive and outbound sales execution in the US market:
- Outbound Sales / New Business Development -You will actively prospect and identify and approach new customers—primarily within the private sector You are responsible for building your own pipeline and driving opportunities from first contact to closed deal.
- Customer Development & Retention
Once a customer is secured, you will build strong relationships and grow the business over time, ensuring long-term value for both the customer and Dynatest. You operate as a true hunter, but with the discipline and commercial mindset to develop and retain the customers you win.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and win new customers in the US private market
- Build and maintain a strong, self-generated sales pipeline through outbound activities
- Drive and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closed deal
- Develop and expand relationships with customers to drive repeat business and long-term growth
- Execute sales strategies that strengthen Dynatest’s market position in the US
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs – and translate insights into action
- Track performance, manage pipeline in CRM, and report directly to management
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations
Your Profile
You are an experienced sales professional who thrives in an outbound environment and is motivated by winning new business and creating measurable results.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Equipment sales, preferably within the pavement maintenance industry
- Proven track record in outbound sales / new business development
- Experience managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing
- Experience in the US market is a strong advantage
- Strong experience with CRM systems and structured pipeline management
