Job Title: Maintenance Coolant / Oil Technician
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt; Hourly
Schedule(s): Monday - Friday
SECOND SHIFT: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm EST
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check and fill oils.
- Check and fill parts washers.
- Check and fill coolant.
- Maintain proper coolant concentricity.
- Maintain bacteria levels below acceptable levels.
- Maintain PH levels of coolants.
- Work with suppliers to keep inventory of washer, coolant and oils.
- Keep records of coolant and washer concentricity’s
- Respond to shift leaders requests for coolant changes
- Coordinate waste water removal
- Perform PMs on Coolant Recycler
- Keep Area of responsibility clean

Physical Requirements
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
- Initiating and responding to public address system announcements
- Frequent and regular walking and standing
- Lifting twenty-five (25) pounds or more
- Able to drive forklift and sump truck
