Bilingual (English/Spanish) Fee for Service Psychotherapist Position
We are a well-established and growing group practice seeking skilled bilingual (English/Spanish) psychotherapists for fee-for-service positions. We welcome Limited Permit holders as well as fully licensed professionals (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT).

Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be available in-person sessions (hybrid schedule available)
- Availability on Saturdays is required
- Flexible schedule (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Minimum 30-minute sessions, maximum 45 minutes
- Independent Contractor (1099) and Competitive W2 options available

- Must be available to work in Person (Hybrid), including Saturdays. Fee for Service; Full Time & Part-Time. Independent Contractors 1099 and Competitive W2 models. Bi-weekly-pay-schedule.
- Fee for service rate from $40.00 to $60.00 per session, calculated in session time; minimum 30 minutes-maximum 45 minutes. The fee is based on License and Experience. Flexible schedule, bilingual Spanish/English speaking therapist preferred.
Position Requirements
Qualified candidates must have an active LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT license and have a psychodynamic orientation or must meet qualifications to obtain a Limited Permit
- Must provide excellent, consistent, and timely clinical documentation.
- Strong clinical skills are required.
- Attention to detail and very strong organizational skills are required.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
- Participation in and supervision required.
- Strong ability to personally relate one-on-one with each client and build solid relationships.
- Team Player; must be able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Attend internal team meetings and other outside meetings as directed by the Director or designee to support the client’s needs in reaching their treatment plan goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Possesses emotional maturity; able to receive course-corrective feedback.
