Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in both English and another language, establishing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist clients with product selections, makeup applications, and personalized beauty consultations.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and educate customers on the benefits of various cosmetics and skincare items.
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems like Millennium or similar salon software.
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions to enhance their beauty routines.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to confidently answer questions and provide expert advice.
- Build strong client relationships through attentive service, follow-up communication, and social media engagement to foster loyalty.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language; excellent communication skills in both languages are essential.
- Prior experience with retail sales, cosmetics, or salon environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Millennium or similar salon software for sales processing.
- Knowledge of beauty & cosmetics products, makeup application techniques, and retail merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts.
- Ability to perform basic math for retail math calculations, cash handling, and sales data analysis.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions both in person and over the phone.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
