Overview
We are seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to assess, optimize, and develop growth strategies for the Ruff Ryders Lifestyle membership platform and social media channels.
This role focuses on improving digital engagement, platform performance, and audience growth strategy across owned community and social ecosystems.
This is a hybrid consulting engagement (2 days in-office, up to 3 days remote) based in Yonkers, NY 10701, with ongoing collaboration depending on performance, impact, and organizational needs.
Platform Coverage (What You’ll Support)
You will work across the following digital ecosystems:
- Membership Platform Optimization (user experience, engagement, retention, structure)
- Social Media Channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional platforms as applicable)
- Digital Community Ecosystem (member engagement, content flow, interaction strategy)
- Brand & Cultural Digital Presence (alignment with Ruff Ryders identity and audience growth)
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
- Conduct monthly audits of the membership platform and social channels, assessing user flow, content performance, engagement, and retention trends
- Review weekly analytics dashboards to track engagement trends, audience behavior shifts, and content performance across platforms
- Evaluate key KPIs bi-weekly, including membership growth, engagement rate, content interaction, and user retention
- Produce 2 insight summaries per month highlighting performance trends, key findings, and priority areas for improvement
- Develop bi-weekly actionable recommendations to improve content strategy, engagement, platform experience, and audience growth
- Present findings and align on strategy with leadership in 2 structured review sessions per month
- Break recommendations into short-term (0–30 days) and long-term (60–90 days) execution plans
- Maintain ongoing documentation of audits, KPIs, recommendations, and outcomes for monthly reporting
Tracking & Reporting (How Work Is Measured)
All consulting work will be documented and tracked through monthly reporting requirements, including:
- Monthly invoice submission with goals and deliverables report
- Summary of completed strategic work, insights, and recommendations
- Documentation of platform analysis, findings, and action plans
- Ongoing records of digital strategy activity and updates
Payments will not be issued without a submitted monthly invoice and report.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals with experience in:
- Digital Strategy / Growth Strategy: Scaling engagement across digital ecosystems
- Social Media Strategy: Understanding algorithms, engagement drivers, and audience growth
- Data & Analytics: Interpreting platform metrics and user behavior trends
- Membership or Subscription Platforms: Experience with digital communities (preferred)
- Strategic Planning: Translating insights into structured execution plans

Compensation & Structure
- Hourly Rate: $20 – $25/hour
- 10-20 Hrs Weekly

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
